At Abode Furniture, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all furniture remains in its original packaging and unassembled condition to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Abode Furniture account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Items
Carefully repackage your furniture in its original boxes with all hardware and assembly instructions included to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule a Pickup
For large furniture pieces, we will coordinate a professional courier pickup at your convenience, while smaller decor items can be dropped off using a prepaid shipping label.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
